The rooster will be a "pin up" for my sister- in- laws hens who live in the city...
The new medium is quite different from the usual watercolors.
I am taking a class at the College taught by RON ARTHAUD. He works in oil. There is an excitement in his nature that is contagious.
I will get better if I keep trying....

Both are wonderful paintings Susie!
I especially love the flower pots.
I, too, love the plower pots withe butterfly. SO much to see and it really tells a sotry to me! love the vibrant colors!
